# AgentR

> AgentR is an AI hiring assistant that reads every job application in full, checks what candidates claim against the public record, and runs structured interviews scored against a rubric written before anyone applied. The hiring team receives a ranked shortlist with the evidence attached. Nobody is auto-rejected; every decision stays with a human.
