What does my balance actually pay for?
Two things: reading applicants (₹25 each) and interview minutes (₹10 each). Your plan puts ₹12,000 of balance in every month for ₹11,999, and top-ups add more. Whatever you do not spend rolls into next month.
Am I charged for applicants who aren’t a fit?
Yes. Every application is read in full, and that read is what tells you who to skip, so each one costs ₹25 whether or not the candidate clears your bar. Verification and interviews only happen for candidates who do.

You stay in control of the volume. Check a role’s estimated cost before it goes live, set a spend cap on it, and share your careers link where the right candidates look. When you import CVs yourself, only the ones you add are reviewed.
What does verification check?
It checks whether a shortlisted candidate’s resume claims are consistent with public and organisational context, and flags anything that doesn’t add up. It is not a background check, and it doesn’t contact employers or institutions. Think of it as the filter that runs before you spend money on a background check.
Can I control how much I spend?
Yes. You see an estimated cost before a role goes live, you can set a spend cap per role, and interviews pause when your balance runs out. Candidates are queued rather than lost, and we never send a bill you didn’t prepay.
What happens to money I don’t spend?
It rolls over and stays in your balance for 6 months. You can also request a refund for any paid balance you haven’t used.
Do you offer discounts?
Yes, at volume. The rates on this page are published so you can plan against them without a negotiation. Above that, hiring at larger volume is sized as a custom plan with a volume discount, and DPIIT recognised startups have their own rate. Talk to us and we will size it.

No. All prices on this page exclude GST.
