Nothing to book. Nothing to chase.
Candidates interview when they are ready, not when two calendars finally agree.
- No slots to offer and no calendars to connect.
- The invite goes out the moment a candidate clears the bar.
- A fourteen hour window, then it closes.
how the system behaves, not a benchmark
Schedule Without the Back-and-Forth.
The back-and-forth exists because two calendars have to meet. Here they never do. A candidate who clears the bar gets a link and takes the interview on their own time, and the result is waiting for you when you next look.
No Calendars Involved
Nothing to sync, nothing to connect, no calendar permissions to hand over and no calendar data leaving your side. There is no meeting to book because nobody is waiting on the other end.
Faster Decisions
A candidate who qualifies at midnight can interview at midnight. You read the transcript and the scoring in the morning.
From qualified to interviewed.
- 01The bar is cleared
A candidate’s weighted criteria score passes the threshold for that role. Eighty percent by default, and you can move it per role, either way.
- 02An interview is created and the invite goes out
By email, with the same link sent over WhatsApp as a fallback. No approval step, no calendar lookup, and nobody asked to block out time.
- 03The link is good for fourteen hours
Long enough to find a quiet evening, short enough that the role keeps moving. The countdown sits on the page, so nobody is guessing how long they have.
- 04They start when they are ready
Camera and microphone are checked first, with a live preview and a level meter, so nobody discovers a dead mic three answers in.
- 05A dropped connection does not cost them the interview
The link is not consumed when it is used. Close the tab, lose the wifi, come back, carry on. The recording picks up in a new piece rather than being lost.
Why there is no calendar.
Every scheduling tool is solving the problem of two busy people finding an hour. That problem is not being solved here. It has been removed.
Nothing to connect
No Google, no Outlook, no permissions handed over, no access to your team’s calendar to revoke later. One integration you never have to think about again.
Nobody’s time to block
The interview runs without a person on the other side, so there is no second calendar to reconcile and no reschedule when something urgent turns up.
Time zones stop counting
An eleven hour gap is only a problem when both ends have to be awake. Here, one end never is.
What it will not do.
- It will not hold a slot, send a reminder cascade, or chase anybody.
- It will not extend the window. Fourteen hours from the invite, and refreshing the page does not buy more.
- It will not let a finished interview be retaken.
- It will not put a human interviewer in the room. If you want that conversation, you have it yourself, afterwards, with the recording already watched.
“I particularly appreciate the AI bot that handles initial candidate interaction. It serves as an effective first line of engagement, and the detailed, evaluation-backed rankings bring a new layer of trust to every hiring decision, something traditional ATSs often miss.”
