Did an AI reject my application?
No. AgentR orders every application that comes in, it never removes anyone from the list. Whether you move forward is a decision a person at the company makes, the same as it always was.
Was my interview scored by AI, and can I contest it?
Answers are scored against a rubric written before the role opened, with the quote behind every score kept on file. If you think an evaluation missed real context, you can request a human review — email us the role and company. Full detail in the AI transparency notice.
Is my interview recorded, and who sees it?
Some organisations turn on camera and browser signals for interview integrity. Those signals are advisory, reviewed by a person, and never change a score on their own. See the AI transparency notice for what is captured and why.
How do I check the status of my application?
Log in to the candidate portal with the email you applied with. Can't find it? Write to us with the role and company and we'll point you in the right direction.
Can I have my data corrected or deleted?
Yes, subject to the employer's own retention obligations. Request access, correction or deletion through the candidate portal or by writing to us — tell us the role and the company so we can find your record quickly.
Does AgentR sell or share my data?
No. Your application belongs to the company you applied to; AgentR processes it on their behalf and does not sell it. Full detail in the privacy policy.
