# AgentR
> AgentR is an AI hiring assistant that reads every job application in full, checks what candidates claim against the public record, and runs structured interviews against a rubric written before anyone applied — then hands the hiring team a ranked shortlist with the evidence attached. Nobody is auto-rejected; every decision stays with a human.

## What it is
Your AI-powered hiring assistant. It reads. It checks. It interviews. You still decide.
The problem: "I can't read two hundred" (214 applied, 1 seat). "They all look the same" (30 strong candidates, 1 seat). "I can't tell what's true" (12 claims made, 1 flagged).
AgentR reads every application in full, checks what candidates claim against the public record, and runs structured interviews — so you spend the week on four people, not two hundred. Nobody is rejected by a machine.
## How it works
1. Read everything — your criteria against every single application, not keyword bingo. Actual reading, with the evidence kept.
2. Check the claims — every claim is checked against the public record and the candidate's own history. What holds up, what looks overstated, with sources.
3. Put it to the test — a structured interview built from the role, taken on the candidate's own schedule. Every answer is scored against a rubric written before anybody applied, with the quote attached.
4. Meet four, not 214 — Top Picks, Contenders, Prospects. Every name on the shortlist has receipts you can show the hiring manager.
## What it will not do
- It won't reject anyone. The whole pile arrives, ranked, weak end and all. Where to stop reading is your call.
- It won't call anyone a liar. Every claim earns one of six verdicts (supported, plausible, expected, overstated, mismatch, unverifiable), with sources.
- It won't interview everyone. Only candidates above the bar you set are invited automatically.
- It won't score a suspicion. A proctoring flag never touches a number — it's a marker for a human to review.
## Interview integrity
Off by default, turned on per organisation or role. Camera/browser signals (faces, phones, tab focus) are advisory and never change a score. An optional Guard desktop app (macOS and Windows) monitors the machine, network, camera and mic at OS level for the length of a session, and can hold an interview room shut if it detects hidden capture tools — but it never rejects anyone either. It also runs alongside human-led interviews on other call software. More:

## Pricing
Private beta: $100 in credits, no card, no sales calls. One balance, drawn down as the system reads applications, checks claims and runs interviews — no seats, no per-user fees. After the free credit, pricing is agreed directly (see
/contact/).
FAQ:
- What spends credit? AI work: reading/scoring an application, checking a claim, running/grading an interview. Ordinary product use does not.
- What happens when credit runs out? New AI work stops; existing reports, shortlists and recordings stay accessible.
- Does a heavy role cost more? Yes — six hundred applicants is more reading than sixty.
- Do you need a card to start? No card for the free credit, no sales call unless you ask for one.
## For candidates
If a company you applied to uses AgentR: your application is read in full, nothing is auto-rejected, big claims may be checked against public sources (with a verdict and reasoning), and if you're interviewed, the rubric was written before you applied. Full detail:

## For investors
AgentR is rebuilding hiring from first principles, not adding AI features to a ranking tool. The thesis: resumes stopped being a reliable signal once anyone could write a senior-sounding career in nine seconds, so the scarce layer is verification, not faster ranking. Three markets, one product: India (volume), the West (fit), the Middle East (verification). Full detail:

## Company
We spent three weekends reading two hundred resumes for one role. Half of them claimed the same achievement; two could prove it. So we built the tool we wished existed. Private beta, small team, onboarding a few teams a week. More:
