# AgentR

> AgentR is an AI hiring assistant that reads every job application in full, checks what candidates claim against the public record, and runs structured interviews against a rubric written before anyone applied — then hands the hiring team a ranked shortlist with the evidence attached. Nobody is auto-rejected; every decision stays with a human. Full site: https://agentr.global

## What it is

Your AI-powered hiring assistant. It reads. It checks. It interviews. You still decide. The problem: "I can't read two hundred" (214 applied, 1 seat). "They all look the same" (30 strong candidates, 1 seat). "I can't tell what's true" (12 claims made, 1 flagged). AgentR reads every application in full, checks what candidates claim against the public record, and runs structured interviews — so you spend the week on four people, not two hundred. Nobody is rejected by a machine.

## How it works

1. Read everything — your criteria against every single application, not keyword bingo. Actual reading, with the evidence kept. 2. Check the claims — every claim is checked against the public record and the candidate's own history. What holds up, what looks overstated, with sources. 3. Put it to the test — a structured interview built from the role, taken on the candidate's own schedule. Every answer is scored against a rubric written before anybody applied, with the quote attached. 4. Meet four, not 214 — Top Picks, Contenders, Prospects. Every name on the shortlist has receipts you can show the hiring manager.

## Use cases

- Resume verification: every claim read in context rather than lifted out as a keyword. /resume-verification/ - AI cheating prevention: built for the copilot era, on divided attention and questions a model has not seen. /ai-cheating-prevention/ - Volume screening: the same rubric for applicant one and applicant a thousand. /volume-screening/ - Pre-BGV filter: a consistency check before you spend on formal background verification. /pre-bgv-filter/

## What it will not do

- It won't reject anyone. The whole pile arrives, ranked, weak end and all. Where to stop reading is your call. - It won't call anyone a liar. Every claim earns one of six verdicts (supported, plausible, expected, overstated, mismatch, unverifiable), with sources. - It won't interview everyone. Only candidates above the bar you set are invited automatically. - It won't score a suspicion. A proctoring flag never touches a number — it's a marker for a human to review.

## Interview integrity

Off by default, turned on per organisation or role. Camera/browser signals (faces, phones, tab focus) are advisory and never change a score. An optional Guard desktop app (macOS and Windows) monitors the machine, network, camera and mic at OS level for the length of a session, and can hold an interview room shut if it detects hidden capture tools — but it never rejects anyone either. It also runs alongside human-led interviews on other call software. More: /ai-cheating-prevention/

## Pricing

One plan from ₹11,999 a month ($125.99), which buys ₹12,000 ($126.00) of usage: roughly 1 role, 100 applicants and 25 interviews. The balance is drawn down by two things only, applicant review at ₹25 ($0.26) each and AI interview minutes at ₹10 ($0.11) a minute. No seats, no per-user fees. Whatever you do not spend rolls into the next month and stays in your balance for 6 months, and any paid balance you have not used is refundable. Your first role is on us: up to 50 applicants reviewed and 5 interviews, verified and proctored, no card needed. Larger volume is sized as a custom plan with a volume discount, and DPIIT recognised startups have their own rate. Full detail: /pricing/ FAQ: - What spends the balance? Only two things: applicant review (₹25 each) and interview minutes (₹10/min). Verification, proctoring, interview question generation, no-shows, seats and candidate search are all included at ₹0. - Does every application cost ₹25, even a weak one? Yes. Every application is read in full, and that read is what tells you who to skip, so it costs ₹25 whether or not the candidate clears your bar. Verification and interviews only happen for the ones who do. - Can a role run away with the budget? No. You see an estimated cost before a role goes live, you can set a spend cap per role, and interviews pause when the balance runs out. Candidates are queued rather than lost. - Do bigger customers get discounts? Yes, at volume. Larger volume is sized as a custom plan with a volume discount, and DPIIT recognised startups have their own rate. Both are arranged directly (see /contact/). - Do you need a card to start? No card for the first role, no sales call unless you ask for one. - Do the prices include tax? No. Everything above excludes GST, or applicable local taxes outside India.

## For candidates

If a company you applied to uses AgentR: your application is read in full, nothing is auto-rejected, big claims may be checked against public sources (with a verdict and reasoning), and if you're interviewed, the rubric was written before you applied. ## For investors

AgentR is rebuilding hiring from first principles, not adding AI features to a ranking tool. The thesis: resumes stopped being a reliable signal once anyone could write a senior-sounding career in nine seconds, so the scarce layer is verification, not faster ranking. Three markets, one product: India (volume), the West (fit), the Middle East (verification). Full detail: /investors/

## Company

We spent three weekends reading two hundred resumes for one role. Half of them claimed the same achievement; two could prove it. So we built the tool we wished existed. Private beta, small team, onboarding a few teams a week. More: /about/
